Refund & CancellationSwachhCar
These conditions should be met for any refund request to be entertained and responded to:
- The customer should raise a refund request with our Support team on email@example.com or on Helpline number 8380808039 / 49 with the reason for requesting refund along with any documentary proofs( if available).
- The refund request should be raised within 7 working days of the day service is served / was to be served to the customer.
- Refund requests only for the Car Spa / Car Wash services will be entertained. Any refund request for Monthly Car Care will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- The customer will be refunded only after the Support Team investigates the issue raised.
- As a policy, if there are issues with quality of service, we do not offer refunds instead you can avail the same service again for no additional charges or as informed to you by Support Team at the time of issue being raised.
- All complete refund requests will be assessed on a case-to-case basis and will not carry a flat refund policy under any circumstance.
- In case of refunds to be availed, the customer will need to furnish the bank account details in which the amount will be deposited (after deducting necessary charges).
These conditions should be met for any cancellation request to be honored:
- The customer should raise a cancellation request with our Support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or on Helpline number 8380808039 / 49 at least 48 hours before the time & date of service booking, failing to do which a penalty of 25% will be deducted or charged on your next service.
- If there is a no-show case from customer’s end, an additional charge of 25% will be collected on the next scheduled booking.
- Cancellation and refunds will be assessed and honored on a case-to-case basis only, deemed fit by Management and Support team at SwachhCar (Garager Technologies Private Limited).
